Regularly wipe down the UV drying machine and its reflective cover. After the lamp tube ages, replace it in a timely manner to ensure normal production. According to the position requirements listed in the lubrication chart, regularly add lubricant and perform descaling and cleaning. Perform a major overhaul at least once a year, dismantle all transmission components, thoroughly clean and refill with lubricant, and assemble the transmission components in a way that maintains lubricating cooperation between moving parts.
In a roller coating production line, the frequency of using the UV drying machine is very high. Because as long as there is a paint coating, the UV drying machine must be used. Compared with traditional natural air drying, the UV drying machine can save customers more production time. So, what should be noticed when using the UV drying machine?
The UV lamp tube and reflective plate inside the UV drying machine need to be wiped down with industrial alcohol every week. When the electrical box of the UV drying machine is opened, the transformer and capacitor should be blown clean with an air gun every week. The direction of fan rotation must be checked after the first power-on or relocation, and reverse rotation is prohibited. The capacitor must be discharged before the transformer and capacitor are replaced. Use a screwdriver to simultaneously contact the two poles of the capacitor to discharge it.
The UV lamp tube in the UV drying machine needs to be replaced when it expires, and the lamp tube can be used for approximately 600-800 hours.
